Learn the polite volitional form (ましょう) for suggestions, offers, and 'let's' statements in formal situations.
The polite volitional form (ましょう - mashō) is the formal way to make suggestions ("let's") or offer to do something. It's formed by replacing ます with ましょう.
Formation(作り方)
Replace ます with ましょう:

Making Suggestions(提案する)
Use for polite "let's" suggestions:

いっしょにひるごはんをたべましょう。
issho ni hirugohan wo tabemashou.
Let's eat lunch together.
Making Offers(申し出る)
Offer to do something for others:
荷物を持ちましょうか？
にもつをもちましょうか？
nimotsu wo mochimashou ka?
Shall I carry your bags?
