Japanese Negative Progressive (ていない): 'Not Doing'
ていない形
Learn the negative progressive form (ていない) to express 'not doing' or 'haven't done'.
The negative progressive form (ていない - te inai) expresses that an action is not currently happening or hasn't been completed yet.
Formation(作り方)
Te-form + いない:

Usage(使い方)
Common uses:
- Not currently doing: 今は働いていない (not working now)
- Haven't done yet: まだ食べていない (haven't eaten yet)

そのえいがはまだみていない。
sono eiga wa mada miteinai.
I haven't seen that movie yet.
Polite Form(丁寧形)
For polite negative progressive: て-form + いません
まだ決めていません。
まだきめていません。
mada kimeteimasen.
I haven't decided yet.
